This program, licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health, provides an individualized care approach to youth ages 5-18 that are deemed at risk of placement at institutional levels of care. Services are provided based on unique needs and strengths of each youth and family. The following services, designed to provide alternatives to traditional programs, are based on the individual's desires and needs:
