To pre-enroll your child, please complete the pre-enrollment application and submit it in person, via mail or via fax. In addition, please submit a non-refundable registration fee of $20. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon acceptance into the program, you will be required to complete and submit a series of enrollment materials.
