Established in 1976, Pathways, Inc. is a not-for-profit human service organization serving 2,000 individuals and families in twelve counties in the Finger Lakes Region and Southern Tier of New York by providing an array of services through programs including Developmental Disabilities , Traumatic Brain Injury , Child and Family , and Mental Health Services.
