This program is provided to youth who have been determined by Family Court to be Persons in Need of Supervision (PINS) and to their families. The goal of this program is to keep youth and their families together, avoiding out-of-home placement. This service is available in Steuben County, as a collaborative effort between Pathways, Inc. and the Steuben County Department of Social Services.
