The REACH Family-Based Treatment Program is a New York State Office of Mental Health licensed program serving youth ages 5-18 years with behavioral and/or emotional challenges that are assessed to benefit form out-of-home placement. Trained Resource Parents provide care in their home for the youth. A team of professionals support the youth, the family of origin, and the Resource Family. This service is available in Steuben, Chemung, Schuyler and Yates Counties.
